Currently, you can see “Contacts – form submissions” as a column within a contact segment and it lists the name of all form submissions completed by each contact. However, as it’s not a standard contact property (it’s a derived/relational view of submission activity according to support chat AI), you cannot export it. You also can’t export all form submissions, you have to export from each form and combine multiple spreadsheets, and even then you are limited with the contact information you can see.
This seems like a really good opportunity for HubSpot to fix the exporting all form submissions issue in an easier way, which goes back to at least 2019 (seen on other posts raised in the community). The information is available right there in the segment. If you can make it possible to export this then it will help a lot of users out!
