Hi there,

It would be useful to allow exception rules to domain-based never log list.

It does make sense within a company environment to never log internal emails sent to internal addresses @mycompany.com but to still have the possibility to log internal emails sent to a specific address [example@mycompany.com](mailto:example@mycompany.com).

The idea would be to have the @mycompany.com domain in the never log list, with [example@mycompany.com](mailto:example@mycompany.com) being marked as an exception, allowing emails sent to and from this specific address to be logged.

The manual workaround to manually log each and every individual email address to never log is not workable.

Yes please. This feature is already available in other CRMs I’ve been working with.
Especially when working with a multi-organization setup where one company owns others within the group you collaborate with, you might want to log activities with some teams whereas others should/can not be logged for GDPR or other legal reasons.

+1 the ability to never log internal comms but still log comms with customers from internal users is vital

Really want this. From an HR perspective, the default case has to be exclude all users on the company domain, but there are some email addresses within that domain (distribution lists, shared mailboxes, etc.), where we want to record the activity!!
