Allow exact date and time scheduling for Step 2+ emails during bulk enrollment

Hi HubSpot team,

I’d love to suggest an enhancement for bulk sequence enrollment. Right now, we can choose an exact date and time for the first email, but for Step 2 onward, scheduling is based on delays rather than a specific send date and time.

It would be really helpful if HubSpot allowed users to set an exact date and time for Step 2 and later emails during bulk enrollment as well. This would make sequence planning much easier, especially for time-sensitive outreach.

Great idea! Being able to schedule an exact date and time for every sequence step would make bulk enrollments much easier and more flexible, especially for time-sensitive campaigns.
