When connecting the inbox to MS/Office365 (herinafter O365), HS automatically only connected the “main” e-mail address. However, like with calendars, I should be able to select the specific linked Shared Emailboxes from O365. This option is unavailable.
In my case the primary email account in 0365 is my private family email, and my business mail is in fact a shared O365 mailbox. So impossible to configure properly.
