Allow collapsing or hiding the filter panel in segments

I’ve had several customers report that the filter panel on the left side of the segment view is taking up a significant portion of the screen, and the option to collapse or hide it is no longer available after a recent update. Previously, there was an expand/full-screen option that allowed users to collapse the filter panel and use the full page width, but this option has been removed. In static segments with no filters, the filter panel takes up approximately 25% of the screen showing only “This segment doesn’t have any filters” with a greyed-out Edit button, which reduces the visible area for the contact table, causes horizontal scrolling, and makes it harder to navigate through records, particularly on laptops. One customer noted that their coworker is having trouble navigating segments because of the reduced viewing area and shared that “it was way better in the past.” Customers are requesting the ability to collapse, hide, or resize the Filters panel so they can use the full page width for the contact table and records, especially when working on smaller screens where screen space is limited.

Yes, I am also a customer that is annoyed by this. Having to use the manual scroller to see data is inefficient when the filters menu blocks so much of the screen. Bring back the expand view for segments!
