Allow admins to set default properties on default index views

Currently as admins we can create new index views and promote them/make them standard for new users.

However, there are some places in HubSpot that automatically take the user to the default index view such as when clicking the “View all associated X object records” in the association cards on the right hand column. When clicked, HubSpot takes users to a filtered version of the default index view. The properties on the default view are often irrelevant to the information the users need to interact with such as Object Create Date or Record source.

Users have to be instructed to individually edit their default view in order to see relevant information. This leads to confusion, and a large lift from the onboarding team to ensure everyone is looking at the right information. For users that didn’t go through the specific onboarding process but still want to view data related to that object’s associations, it can cause frustration and a sense that “hubspot just doesn’t work”. It is not sustainable for organizations with a large number of users to ensure that every user is updating their default index view for each object type based on organization specifics.

Two solutions that come to mind:

- Allow admins to universally set what properties show on default index views.

- For Custom Objects, automatically utilize the Primary and Secondard properties identified during object set up as the first fields in the Default Index Views.

This would be so helpful. It would be great if we could change the default views in this way.
