I agree - we have to keep our meeting windows wide open to accomodate for international customers who struggle with finding a meeting time - but need to be able to limit capacity too.
We had to move away from hubspot meetings because of this. Hubspot is good at many things but many of the tools are like 85% of the way there and the last 15% just makes them impossible. We were having overly full days and overly empty days because of the lack of this feature.

The fact that this extremely simple feature has not been added is dumbfounding to me. Our whole company wants us to use Hubspot for all outreach and this feature not being addressed is making it extremely difficult to use the product effectively. Honestly thinking about just sticking with Calendly for my outreach.

Yes! I work with people in many different time zones so I need to keep my calendar open for them but want to limit the amount of meetings booked in a day. It would also allow me to allow customers to book same day (I currently have a 24 hour restriction to limit meetings) without me feeling overwhelmed and would just overall prevent burnout.
This is in other calendar link tools. Realy powerful and needed.
Upvoting this feature request. My SDR keep filling up my calender and I can’t find slots to book follow ups. Working with blockers is a workaround but not ideal.

I have switched to Calendly recently for exactly this reason / missing feature at HS. Works like a charm for $10/month

This missing feature is the 1 reason we’re not moving away from Calendly anytime soon. I understand workarounds like blocking off time on your linked calendar once you’ve reached your max number of desired meetings, but having to constantly monitor one’s calendar defeats the purpose of using a scheduling tool.

Upvote times 100. Being able to limit the number of meetings that inbound leads can schedule per day would be incredibly helpful. Especially when I am planning out my day or my week and trying to allocate my time to get everything done each day.
