We are moving from Trello to hubspot, and trello has a feature whereby any specific comment can be directly linked to, and is highlighted
A direct link to a comment is possible, but not a *reply* to that comment… is it possible to get a link to a reply to a comment?

It’s my understanding that you are utilizing the comments feature in HubSpot and are looking to see if it’s possible to get a direct link to a reply to a comment to collaborate with your team, correct?
Would you be able to give us more detail on which HubSpot tool you are commenting on and replying to? Are you referring to replying to a comment on a CRM record, the conversations inbox, or another tool?
The more information and screenshots you can include, the better the community can assist with advice.

Hey @Neil_C . So, I saw what you’re trying to do and it totally makes sense. It would be cool to link to a specific reply to a comment, right?
Unfortunately, you can’t do that.
You can link to the note itself, as you know, or other activities. But linking directly to comments on those activities? Nope, not an option, at least from what I’ve seen.
Your question got me thinking and I tried some tests. But no luck – didn’t find anything. Plus, there’s no documentation I’ve come across that says it’s possible.
So, the answer is nope, you can’t do it – at least not now, and to my current knowledge.

Yes, that’s correct.
On any record - company, contact, deal etc, if you post a note then you can ‘comment’ on it
However, if you REPLY to that note, there is no option to link to that reply.
I would like to see a direct link to a comment, or subsequent replies to comments
This is an example of where you can copy a link
There is no link on this one
