I am still relatively new here, and I am searching for a way, on how to allocate a custom property to a contact group/ the contacts created by one specific user.
Is there any smart way to allocate a property with users without having to adjust each contact manually?
Sadly, I could not find an answer for this using online resources.

By default, custom properties are available on all contacts – it’s just that they might not have a value ( = unknown).
If you want to change the value of a certain property for many contacts at once, you can bulk edit those contacts records: Bulk edit records
This works both under Menu > Contacts > Contacts (where you can add additional filters by clicking More filters, to find the contacts assigned to the user you mentioned, for example) and in contact lists (Menu > Contacts > Lists).
