All of our tickets for the last year in our hubspot pipelines disappeared. I tried to find a way to open a ticket and it was not easy.
Anyone else reported this? Any status?

Just had over 1,000 tickets deleted out of nowhere
Hi @SAnderson2 and @RReardon,
HubSpot had an issue earlier regarding the ticket pipelines tool.
I wanted to share this incident report from our status page. It looks like it has been fully resolved: “The incident has been fully resolved and ticket pipelines should be working properly. No data was lost.”
If you are still experiencing this issue and are a paying customer, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support. They will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and further information about this.
Thank you,
Kristen
P.S. Thank you @karstenkoehler for hopping in with troubleshooting steps! ![]()
Hi @SAnderson2,
While it’s not impossible, usually there is a different reason for this. Have you checked whether there are tickets in the ‘bin’? Restore deleted records
Could you also confirm that you have Super Admin permissions (or have a Super Admin confirm that they can’t see the tickets either)? Sometimes, a permission issue might be the reason: Manage user permissions
If the tickets remain nowhere to be found, we can tag the community managers here to investigate.
Edit: Other users are experiencing the same here. HubSpot seems to be aware of the issue and is likely working on it. https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Tickets-Conversations/All-Tickets-Disappeared/m-p/725575#M4242
Best regards!
