All Mails end up in spam after connecting Hubspot Plugin with Outlook

Hi,

After I have connected my E-Mail for prospecting and installed the AddIn in outlook for Desktop (Windows), my mails all end up in spam! Just normal Mails, not even marketing mails.
This really is a small disaster as it is now eating up my time and I absolutely have to send crucial mails from this mail-adress for our company.

If this is a common pattern, you should warn your potential clients, really…
Now, how do I stop the servers from sending my mails straight into spam folders? I have already deleted the AddIn from Outlook but my mails still land in spam…
Thank you

Hi @Boeltz,
Though we have limited control when the email lands in the spam filders. However, there are few methods we can try to prvent our emails landing into spam folder:
-First of all Connect your email sending domain and Use a DMARC policy with HubSpot

-Avoid spam triggers in your emails.
-Improve email deliverability
-if the recipients were to move the email manually into their inbox and save the setting, all emails moving forward would go into their inbox instead.
Also sharing few solutions here provided by other members of the community that you can check:

Hope this helps!
Thanks.

Thank you for your reply.

I didn’t even send an email via HubSpot. I just had the AddIn installed and it automatically put an address in BCC, I assume to track mail traffic on HubSpot. I read that the mails are sent via HubSpot “server”?

My question is whether my mails are still being sent via this HubSpot server or not? And as I said, I deleted the AddIn, but I don’t know if my mails are no longer being sent via the HubSpot servers…
I nor need to send Mails via HubSpot nor Marketing Mails. I just need my deliverability for normal mail traffic back…
