All employees have access to all emails

We have turned email tracking on - but it appears every single contact has access to our emails. How do we turn this off?

Thanks for reaching out!

It is not possible to restrict users from seeing specific emails on contact records that belong to internal employees. What you can do though, is restrict the contacts seen based on ownership or team membership (you can also prevent a team member from seeing all records).

If you’re looking to limit the number of logged emails in HubSpot, I would recommend using the Never Log List feature.

Dear Hubspot team, this feature reduces the trust that my team has to boldly outbound. There should be a toggle preventing my other team members from seeing emails I dont want them to.
