If you access to workflows (sales or marketing pro), you could use the trigger: **Contact associated to: Activity \> Email body** has not been updated in the last 120 days.

Then, set the next action to be a task reminder to send the contact and email.

Hope this helps 🙂

Hi @MGale,

There are a few ways to approach this, some of which require a Marketing, Sales or Service Hub Professional subscription.

For the easiest option, you would set up a contact-based workflow (_Menu_ \> _Automation_ \> _Workflows_) that enrolls contacts when _Last contacted_ is more than 90 days ago. You could then use the “Send an internal email notification” workflow action to notify yourself about these contacts.

If you don’t have any of the Professional subscriptions mentioned above, you could still achieve something similar with a list (_Menu_ \> _Contacts_ \> _Contacts_) which you’d have to check once three months are past. The list would follow the same criteria: _Last contacted_ is more than 90 days ago. Simply set yourself a calendar reminder in Google Calender or Outlook to check the list then and it’ll have those contacts who were sent a sales email in the last three months.

Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!

Thanks for the reply. I am on the free tier so Karsten’s approach would be best for me.

I think i have connected my email account to Hubspot. Would emails sent/recieved to my contacts show up in Hubspot even if they’ve been sent via Outlook? or only if i’ve sent via Hubspot?

Best,

Mark

Hi @MGale,

If you’ve used the BCC address ([Log email in your CRM with the BCC or forwarding address](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/log-email-in-your-crm-with-the-bcc-or-forwarding-address)) or the sales extension ([Install HubSpot Sales for Gmail, Office 365, and Outlook desktop | Knowledge Base](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/connected-email/how-to-install-hubspot-sales)), then emails are by default logged to your CRM, yes. If not, then historically no. Going forward, you could use one of the two methods.

Best regards!
