My team is looking for call triggers, it would be VERY VERY beneficial if we could filter notifications to 3+ email opens, and not all activity.

I know this exists in the marketing email report, but having the ability to be notified via email, or the extension would be beneficial

To build on this - it would be great (or maybe it already exists) to trigger workflows or follow-ups if a contact opens a particular email X amount of times. This would be helpful if it’s a product overview email or steps to purchase that would indicate they either need help or have been diving into the information.

Totally with you on this one - notifications on multiple email opens would be super helpful, as those might be an indication of something going on and a reason to reach out, for sure. Otherwise, it’s really easy to miss that and miss the opp as well 😞

Hi @CGuthrie9 , @MusicMarketer78 , @AShokalo

We also had this problem of not being able to utilize our “Top Engaged” contacts from marketing emails, and wanted to introduce you to [Segment Builder](https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/marketing/analytics-data/segment-builder-for-hubspot-1144430), a HubSpot Marketplace App that solves for this.

Segment Builder allows you to create “Segments” of top engaged contacts from individual marketing emails, Campaigns, Subscription Type, or a combination. You can specify a percentage or a threshold, and the segment will sync HubSpot as a List, making it workable with all other parts of HubSpot.

You could easily create a workflow that if a user enters your Engagement Segment List, then send an alert/update a property etc.

Please do [try it out for free](https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/marketing/analytics-data/segment-builder-for-hubspot-1144430), and I would love to hear your feedback if you have any. We are also highliy expereienced with managing multi-brand, high volume email marketing programmes through HubSpot and would be happy to discuss your issues more generally.

Happy segmenting

Tom from [Segment Builder](https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/marketing/analytics-data/segment-builder-for-hubspot-1144430)
