This is a great question – however such a broad one that it’s typically hard to answer in just one reply.
Generally, I would advise to complete this certification first: https://academy.hubspot.com/courses/hubspot-sales-hub-software – things you’ll find as tips in other places are covered in here and it’s generally a great foundation.
