I have a Sales Rep who has a problem with AirCall Click-To-Dial. It’s not working properly and he has been using it manually. What could be the problem here?

One thing I can recommend is seeing if this works in an incognito window or a different browser. It could be a browser or caching issue. If it still doesn’t work, Since this is a third-party app created by Aircall, their Support Team will be the best point of contact in this case!
