I really like the new beta to use AI within workflows, but I have some ideas to improve it:
- When you branch based on the AI reply, instead of using “is equal to” filters to branch, it would be great to use “contains any of” filters, as AI tends to do long & complex replies.
- Today I tried it with simple questions, giving ‘yes/no’ replies. But even by asking AI to reply yes or no, AI will always give a long reply (including the words yes/no, but not only).

It could also be interesting to enable AI to directly change a record property → use cases would be multiple, but you could just ask Breeze to fill in several properties based on the content of an email reply for example (to avoid long and complicated workflows).

Finally I don’t know how doable that is, but it could be nice to give AI access to the internet outside Hubspot → I would like to ask AI to visit websites or LinkedIn to qualify prospects for example.
