AI suggestions placed in a separate tab so they don’t interfere with your workflow. (Help Desk View). The location where the AI Suggestion appears (between Conversation & Text Field) reduces the real estate a user has. Having a dedicated easy-to-find location would be more beneficial.
1. Where user selects Email or Note (center), include an additional tab to display the “AI Suggested” Response (Email, Comment, AI Suggestion), or embed it within the Email option itself (AI Suggestion, Call, Email)
2. Near the formatting of the Text, there is an Insert Option which includes several options to choose from. Perhaps the inclusion of “AI Suggestions” here might seem helpful. Perhaps collective Suggestions would make more sense in this location.
Also, the AI Suggestions are appearing in a Red Color. The color on initial look seems like an Error. Updating this to a different color (customize the color or just another default) would help differentiate it from “Error” to “Helpful”.
