Since this community is AI & growth professionals focused i’d love your thoughts … I’m exploring the idea of ‘AI Operating Systems’ more as I build this out for clients & as part of an AI business growth accelerator. Essentially, an integrated framework that leveraging various AI applications, tools & humans (!!!) to work in concert to enable business growth powered by AI. These are the elements that I consider need to be in place for the system to be successful (would love your feedback): ↳ Integration: The ability of the various tools & technologies to work together, ensuring they communicate and function as a seamless whole. ↳ Customization: The ability of the system to be customized to suit the unique workflows and requirements of each business, allowing for flexibility and specificity in addressing business challenges. ↳ Efficiency: The key advantage here is the automation of processes which, in turn, streamlines operations, reduces manual tasks, and increases the overall speed of business activities while reducing costs significantly. ↳ Insights: AI can bring us data at scale, so this is a matter of how we can interpret & action on that data. ↳ Scalability: It’s built to scale. As a business grows, the system adapts, supporting more complex tasks and larger data volumes without the need for constant overhauls. ↳ Outcomes: If you know me ROI is my love language. So, the focus is always on delivering real, measurable business outcomes – whether that’s increased sales, better customer service, or more efficient operations. ↳ Support: As AI evolves, so does the system. These are the items on my checklist as I am pulling together these systems … would love to know what you think

Ah I love this! I want to see this in action - customized/localized chats each client can leverage on day to day operations. One thing I am trying to currently build is a toggle on/off for privacy. It would be nice to interact with all of this information and choose which parts to localize vs. publicly accessing. Not sure if this made sense? I would love to see you - Sara do a little demo teaser on this - @victorBeccera ? --- This post was migrated from connect.com and was originally published at an earlier date.
If I understand you correctly I do this for myself and clients already with Cassidy.ai - you build AI trained on your business through access to your knowledgebase & AI assistants that are specific to a task (think of it like an uber specialized employee that you can chat & delegate with, & you can also build specific workflows, prompt libraries & you can access all the main LLMs & swap mid task depending on ‘who is right’ for the task. This graphic was more about combining various AI platforms & tools to solve a specific business problem as a system e.g. Outreach, Lead gen / nurturing / content gen etc --- This post was migrated from connect.com and was originally published at an earlier date.
