Hi, we’ve had a number of incidents now where we email a customer through Hubspot then some 3 hours later, the Ai tool sends a summary and expanded email (based on its Ai knowledge) to the customer. We can’t work out why. There is no workflow that looks to use the Ai tool. Its very odd and very strange for our customers. We’ve turned all the Ai tools off. Any suggestions on why this is happening and how to switch off?! thanks, Duncan

I am not aware of any HubSpot feature that would do this – are you sure this is not coming from an integration (which you can check under Settings > Integrations)?
