# AI Customer Agent Hours

I think it would be benifical to be able to set the hours for the AI customer agent. Currently the AI agent runs 24/7. You can only set the hours for the live agent team. The only workaround to this is to manually turn of the chatflow at the end of the day. There should be a setting to set the live agent to specifc hours.

Hello - we’re happy to share you can now configure working hours for Customer Agent! On the deployment panel you can configure the time windows for when customer agent will respond.
