You need to connect the existing Product catalogue to your AI > Date Sources tab > “Products and Services” tab/option. Manually adding a product here can create confusion, it needs to be a lookup field that connects to the Products already in the system. Also, include suggested fields (e.g., Name, SKU, Description, Product Type) and behaviors (e.g., one-way or two-way sync, “select products to expose to AI,” respect product visibility flags).
