Hey @Sidharta and @TomM2, thanks for your patience as I was checking on this for you!
For that, you’ll need to go to “Breeze”, then “Overview” (see screenshot below).
Then, under “Customer agent Beta”, you’ll need to click on “Set up”, then you’ll be able to “Join the Beta”.
After completing these steps, you should see it in the menu!
