We love the AI Agent. While we have been testing it, we have been approving or not approving the responses and making recommendations to its replies. We assumed we would be able to access the history of our responses and recommendations we have made, but that is not available. It would be wonderful to access that, before pushing the AI Agent live, so that our team as a group could review and discuss any changes to the build and make those changes prior to launching it on our site.
