Hi everyone,
Until February 2026, the integration with Google Meet and Zoom for scheduling meetings worked perfectly. I used Meet at times and Zoom at others.
I published the calendar on my website and used the scheduling link in marketing messages. I also added the live chat to my site.
This month, I switched back to Zoom, and everything stopped working. When someone books a meeting using the calendar or the scheduling link, I no longer receive the “you have been scheduled” notification. The chat is also not being recorded and sent to my Outlook email.
I’ve done all the tests, reached out to support, but nothing worked.
Here is the diagnosis I received:
This indicates a specific failure in the service that sends the meeting confirmation email to your user.
It’s not a configuration issue.
It’s not the Free plan.
It’s not POP.
It’s not spam.
It’s a backend bug after multiple provider switches (Zoom → Meet → Zoom).
Everything is correct:
- Integrations
- Calendar
- Zoom
- Internal notification
- Confirmation enabled
- Initial email is not being sent
Support said they would get back to me with a solution, but it’s been over 10 days with no response. They recommended I come to the community.
Has anyone here experienced this issue? Did you manage to resolve it?
My plan is the free one because I only use the calendar and the chat.
