I shared my workaround before and just wanted to bring more attention to the fact that Hubspot needs to natively offer this!
I was just looking at a client today and noticed the calculated age was wrong. I called HS and we couldn’t figure out WHY it hadn’t worked, but apparently 6 months ago at one point my system didn’t work. And since they didn’t get removed from the list, it hasn’t run on them since. So 65 clients had the wrong calculated age, which is quite annoying. The HS rep said basically there were too many steps, too many places for it to break down. So back to @hubspot, you really need to solve this issue! Your workaround has too many points of failure. Just fix it!
