AEO Fundamentals HubSpot Academy certificate generated in German instead of English

Hello Academy Team,

I recently completed the AEO Fundamentals course in English and passed the exam. The issued certificate text is in German however and not in English. Then I changed my profile language to English and retook the exam, but my earned certificate is still being generated entirely in German.

It seems to me that my acquired AEO certificate is locked to a German language track. I also noticed that my previous issued SEO and other certificates are in English. Could someone from the Academy team please reissue my AEO Fundamentals certificate in English?

Thanks for flagging this with the HubSpot Community, and congratulations on passing AEO Fundamentals.

HubSpot Academy courses generally use the language selected in the learner’s account settings. Since you changed your profile language to English and retook the exam, but the certificate is still being generated in German, I’ll check on this internally and see what’s possible.
