Hi Sam,
I am experiencing the exact issue with my HubSpot Academy AEO Fundamentals certification.
I completed the AEO Fundamentals certification, and the downloaded PNG certificate is also being generated with the description text cut off before the “Valid from” section. I tried downloading/regenerating it again, but the formatting issue re
mains.
I’m using Google Chrome. I’ve attached a screenshot showing the issue.
It looks like this may be affecting more than one Academy certificate, so I’d appreciate any guidance from the HubSpot Academy team on whether these can be regenerated or reissued correctly.

The Academy team has updated the certificate text formatting on our backend to resolve the cut-off issue. Could you please try downloading or accessing your certification again from your HubSpot Academy profile to see if the issue is now resolved for you?
