I want to use a snippet in an email to introduce 2 contacts at once so I have to use the same contact property field “Bio” for 2 contacts.
Contact A (which can be the contact record I’m on) + Contact B.
Maybe allow for the snippet to select another contact via the Association?

This is theoretically possible through contact to contact association and sync properties. You would create association labels for main contact and introduced contact, that use a sync property that copies the bio for the introduced contact into the main contact based on that label.
Personally, I think this is a bit too much work for it to be leaner than simply doing it manually, but that’s personal preference.
