Advanced Filters don't stick in Custom Views.

In Contacts, I created seven custom Views. In each View, I made a separate Advanced Filter to parse my contacts.

Example,

View #1: All Contacts (HubSpot created view), no Advanced Filter

View #2: US Team (my custom view), with Advanced Filter to see only US Team members.

View #3: LatAm Team (my custom view), with Advanced Filter to see only LatAm members.

Etc.

Etc.

When I log out and back in or refresh the page, all my Views are there, but all the Advanced Filters were removed. If I want to see LatAm members in my LatAm view, I have to recreate the Advanced Filter.

Thoughts?

Hi @davelopez,

To rule out the obvious: Have you made sure to save the views by clicking on the save icon?

Best regards

Hi Karsten,

Doh! Nope. I did not save each view. I didn’t realize that’s what those buttons are for.

Problem solved!

Thanks for the speedy support, Karsten.

This did not help and I spent 2 hours on this loosing my mind and wasiting time clearing my browswer data/cache -- Here is the solution and I hope this helps the next person!

The reason there is NO SAVE button is because it is hidden behind the Advanced Filters POP UP window… Litterally it COVERS the save button on desktop.

SOLUTION: After you make your filter you then have to close the Advanced Filters pop up by clicking “X” and ONLY then will you be able to see and click the save button…

BETTER SOLUTION: Clearly a UX design issue and a simple fix -- Add the save button at the BOTTOM of The Advanced Filters POP OUT window to present a clear way to save the filter expecially for new users like myself who are testing your CRM before purchasing a subscription.
