# Admin account

Hello,

I logged into hubspot today to manage my website and there is all of a sudden a super admin on the account and I have lost all permission to manage my website. Previously my account was the main admin, I can’t locate the possible email of the super admin of the website.

Several questions around this, but let’s start with this:

1. **Check with your internal team** – Often, another team member or IT administrator could have or may have added themselves (or someone else) as a Super Admin.
2. **Use the account activity log** – If you still have some access, you can review the account’s activity history to see when and by whom changes were made.
3. **Contact HubSpot Support** – If you cannot identify the new Super Admin and you no longer have the necessary access, please reach out directly to HubSpot Support through your portal or by calling **+1 857-829-5060** so they can help you investigate further
