Everyday I receive a email with the tasks that I need to do today.
I would like to have this email delivered in a different emailbox then the one I used to create my hubspot account,
can this be done?

This is not possible, no. These emails are considered notifications and are only sent to the email address used to login: Set up task reminders and daily task digest emails
You could however setup auto-forwarding and rules in your inbox, so that the email gets archived in your main inbox immediately, after being forwarded to your other email address.
