# Adjust chat waiting time

Hi,

In the case a support team is to busy to respond to a chat request directly, we can ask for email address. But, it would be great to be able to adjust the waiting time from 1 minute to a bit longer time.

Then we have more chance to offer support directly, instead the need to follow up on emails.

This is needed and is available with competitors tools so why not here, or even a position in queue. THis gives contacts the option then of knowing how long they should expect to wait or to leave their details. Currently theres 0 indiciation for a contact.
