Goal: Customize the avatar for the Breeze agent.

Why?

Missed opportunity for branding engagement.

Do not want clients that offer boutique services to run risk of seeming not detail-oriented because they are using a default that clashes with branding.

Do not want clients that offer boutique services to seem “cheap” because they are using a default that can be spotted elsewhere on unrelated sites.

Use cases clients would like to customize with:

-mascots

-company logos

Understand and appreciate as a consumer that a bot avatar makes it clear this is a bot interaction, but that is at the cost of enhacing engagement.

I was concerned with this too, but it looks like you can apply the branding in the display section of the chatflow the agent is assigned to. That way, you don’t have to make a separate agent for different chatflows, but instead can rebrand the same agent for different use cases.
