This is a big one for us, too. I’d really like to avoid creating workflows with notifications going to a specific user. As someone pointed out above, that means any time there’s a change to that team, you can’t just update the team itself, you have to update each individual workflow, which just isn’t realistically sustainable. I’m really quite surprised this hasn’t been dealt with yet when I see several threads on this topic with no resolution.
