# Additional dropdown select call properties

Hi team  
I worked with a customer today with the following request. They would like to have an additional dropdown select call property where they can capture the pulse of the conversation (i.e. Satisfied Customer, Dissatisfied, Misaligned expectations, Product Evangelist).  
Would be great if we could allow for custom call properties to be created as adding options to the ‘Call type’ property might not be the most accurate here and cause their data to be a bit messy 🙂

This would be a great improvement and would allow us to get more granular insight into the conversations that our team is having today with clients and prospects. Would love to see this implemented!
