The ability to include multiple emails is necessary and this idea gives a prime reason - list of people who respond to specific marketing emails.
We have a need for this so we can monitor and reply in a timely manner to engagements with a specific initiative. To do this we want to set up slack notifications. However, with the current limitation on how to select emails for a list or workflow enrollment, this set up is far from manageable when we have to include each individual email. Emails change or are added to the campaign and remembering to go into a notification set up to add an email is simply not reliable.
‘contains any’ is helpful IF we are using a naming convention - which can at times be another beast to ensure process is followed.
An additional solution would be to allow for us to select any email in a specific campaign. For campaign influence, we can select a specific campaign but we cannot specify the engagment of ‘reply to email’, influence is a generic bucket of ‘all the things’ - just another example where we are limited with what criteria we are ‘allowed’ to select that hinders our ability to do what we want/need. Why not allow us to use ‘replied to any email in this campaign’?
