Can anyone tell me what makes some properties unavailable in the Additional Condition filter of a rollup property? I created a calculation field on the deal record to indicate if it is an active deal or not, and it returns true/false. I’m trying to use this field as the Additional Condition to rollup data on the company record for active deals, but the property isn’t available. I can select other true/false fields, and other calculated fields. What would be making this field unavailable?

Hi @Vetromark,

I’m not sure if this is documented but last I checked, I experienced the same and HubSpot might simply not allow calculation properties to be referenced within calculation properties. If you translate this into a regular single checkbox property (e.g. via workflow), you should find it work.

Best regards!

It is possible that:

1. Other true/false fields are standard HubSpot fields, and
2. Other calculation fields output numerical values, but that
3. HubSpot does not allow Boolean output calculation properties to be used as rollup property conditions.

Have you checked:

1. The output is set appropriately (It is Boolean, not String)
2. Actual values of the calculation field have populated on deals
3. The property is available in reports.
4. You are applying the correct operator -- meaning, if you have a mathematical operator selected (equals), it will not allow you to select a non-number field.
