In the latest version of the HubSpot user interface, the additional collected form fields are no longer available under the contact properties. However the basic info (name, email, phone) is still collected fine and mapped directly to the Existing “Contact information” properties.
Is there a reason for this or a way to enable this again?
In previous versions they used to be listed under Properties as Group Name “Collected Form Fields”.

Hey @kfhsu we’ve updated collected forms to no longer create new contact properties for submissions. We now map to existing HubSpot properties.
There’s full information on these new mappings on the Knowledgebase article here:
If you wish to have a new property map to a collected form you can simply create a new contact property and use your form input’s ID as the internal value. Collected forms will simply automatically map to this when it’s available then.
