hi everyone , i am new to this SEO related indexing issues . Recenetly from our seo i have recived an issue regarding the page not getting indexed due to the page is treated as the 404 error page . when i dig depper about the issue in the google console i got to know that there are many url’s for which the additional slug is getting created i dont know from where this is getting created , due to this slug the google console is creating an redirected issue and marking the page as 404 due this my page is not getting indexed from the google .
FOR example:
1. “https://www.98thpercentile.com/blog/sat-in-6th-grade”
this is created from the hubspot but
“https://www.98thpercentile.com/blog/sat-in-6th-grade/category.html”
is getting created and getting referred from some other pages due to which the google console is giving the “404 error” and causing the traffic issue .
2." What is 98thPercentile? - Online Tutoring Platform For Kids"
this is created from the hubspot but
“https://www.98thpercentile.com/blog/what-is-98th-percentile//1000”
i dont know why this is getting created with an addition of slug
“//1000” as you can see and these links are also getting reffered from other pages that we even dont know .
so can any one give an solution why these specific slugs are created and why they are getting reffered from some other pages . we are having many links as this for which there is same 404 error displayed in the google console and many of my pages are not getting indexed . so if anybody know the solution for this issue please drop a solution
