Hi,

I’m trying to make a workflow that when a ticket is in status (passed on), that it gets passed on to our sister company and an email be sent to them that the ticket is passed on. In order for me to do that I have to add someone from our sister company asa a ‘user’. If I add them as a user how can I restrict all their acess or would they see everything ie. our deals, reports etc?

Hi @EKelly4,

You can specify which permissions these users should have 🙂 [HubSpot user permissions guide](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/user-management/hubspot-user-permissions-guide)

Best regards
