The contact property called “Number of times contacted” is already very useful for a salesperson. Could HubSpot now create an additional property called “Number of replied emails”?
This count would capture the number of times a contact has replied to our emails/follow-ups. As a result, this new property in combination with the one that already exists would be a phenomenal combination and extremely useful during the sales process, where I would be able to see which leads have not responded yet and I can follow up with them on a periodic basis. Such a property would be very useful as a standard HubSpot property for all users.
