Adding team members to a specific deal

Hi

I have added team members and they have accepted their invites. I have created deals. Now, I want to add some of them to a specific deal for collaboration.

How do I do that?

Hi @sbmandal,

If you are looking for them to have visibility on a deal and potentially leave notes/comments, you can mention any team member by using the @ and their name. I think this is what you are looking to do, but correct me if I am wrong.

If you are hoping to have multiple people have ownership of a deal, you would need to create a custom property for a secondary owner as a property type, HubSpot user.

You can create custom properties for deals on Free, though you are limited by the total amount of custom properties you can create. Here is the knowledge base article on the topic.
