Current state: Sequence analytics cannot be added to dashboards, nor can you save a sequence report with specific filters or values to return to later Goal: Have analytics available to click through from the dashboard, or at the very least, allow us to save the view of a sequence report Who (what type of role or team) is the feature for? Sales Leadership and Sales Team What is the goal? To view all reports from a single location on a dashboard and be able to drill down into additional detail. For example, having a report on the dashboard for the number of contacts in a sequence, the open and click rates, etc., and then having the ability to click into the hyperlinks to see exactly who had opened it and clicked through the messaging or call to action. What value will this add? Efficiency. I can’t find a way even to save a sequence with its filters. I’ve chosen to be able to return to it later. Each time, I have to re-enter the values I’m searching for. Are there examples of other places or products that have this feature? My company’s (livepro) reporting is extensive and fully customizable. You can create custom dashboards and any reporting while displaying the results as the client requires within that dashboard.
