HubSpot Social needs a feature for adding pdf files to a social post. Without this much-needed functionality, the Social tool is not up to date with regard to SoMe trends, and we are forced to post directly on the LinkedIn platform instead = moving out of the HubSpot platform for our day-to-day social scheduling and posting.

I can’t see how you do this. When I try to upload an image it only accepts images or videos.
It should show under the Li tab on the publisher. It doesn’t show on the multi-channel Draft tab. There are radio buttons for media/poll/attachment.
You can only upload a PDF for social posts on mobile. I need this feature available for desktop. Is this in the works?
It does feel odd that this still isn’t properly available on desktop in 2026, especially given how dominant carousel posts have become on LinkedIn over the past few years. The mobile workaround is useful, but it’s not practical for teams managing content at scale. Hopefully it’s properly prioritised, though given this thread is nearly three years old, that seems unlikely.
