Hi, Has HubSpot developed a way in which Notes can be created for several contacts at the same time? For instance, I have 40 contacts with some missing information and they have the same owner. I’d like to select all those contacts and create a note for all of them to let the owner know that the contacts have missing information. This is possible to do one by one, but it makes the process very slow and monotonous. I have not found the way to do this so far. HubSpot allows to create a Task in bulk, but not a Note. I have been reading past blogs on the topic and HubSpot did not have a native solution for this in 2021. I’d really appreciate any kind of help. Thanks, Erik ---

Hi @elantz94, Does it have to be notes? HubSpot has a feature which I would consider better suitable for this: tasks: [Create tasks](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/tasks/create-tasks#create-tasks) You can create tasks in bulk from the contact index page: [Create tasks](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/tasks/create-tasks#create-tasks-on-index-pages-and-records) Let me know if that would work! ---

Hi Karsten. Yes, I see that tasks can be created in bulk which I consider an appropriate solution for this. However, I would like to know if creating a Note would be somehow possible, in case this were a more suitable action for some other situation. A personal fave is [https://notesonline.com/](https://notesonline.com/) . It’s free and lets you whip up notes on any device – phone, laptop, you name it! Here’s the hack: use a spreadsheet to list everything you need notes for. Then, in Notes Online, you can quickly create individual notes by copying and pasting each item. Since Notes Online lets you organize notes with folders and tags, you can easily keep everything categorized for future reference. Bonus tip: Notes Online even lets you attach files to your notes! So you can toss in extra details or images to each note if needed. ---

Hi, you can use [superjoin](http://superjoin.ai/integrations/hubspot) to bulk create notes in a google sheet and import them into HubSpot. You assign them to contacts/deals etc. Hope this helps!
