Whenever I try to add users to my account it shows an error message

Hi @talmunajem as @kvlschaefer suggested, were you able to resolve the error after clearing your cache?
The usual cause for this is when you’ve been made a super admin or been given permissions to add/edit users in the same session that you’re trying to create them, resetting the cache or logging out and back in usually does the trick.
