I want to set-up two additional inboxes to optimize our sequences activitiy.
I have created two new MS Outlook accounts and connected them to my main email dashboard.
I could create two new additional Hubspot users and log into each one to manage the sequences but is it possible to manage them under my main account?
I have followed the steps to add inboxes under settings but every time I am awaiting approval, I am a super admin so shouldn’t I be able to approve this?
What do I need to do here?

Just so we are clear on what you are talking about, can you please clarify the following and include a few full screen screenshots so we can work where in the tool you are:
- You said “I have created two new MS Outlook accounts and connected them to my main email dashboard.” - what exactly do you mean by “email dashboard”?
- You said “I have followed the steps to add inboxes under settings but every time I am awaiting approval” - what approval are you waiting for or being prompted for?
- You said “I could create two new additional Hubspot users and log into each one to manage the sequences but is it possible to manage them under my main account?” - the short answer is no, you can send sequences via worklfows on behalf of other users, but otherwise you would either:
- log out and log in as a different user or
- install the Office365 plugin and send sequence from these inboxes in Outlook - I am actually not 100% sure if that works, as I am not using MSFT Office myself
