I came across this issue today where I needed to add a new Twitter account for one of our subsidiaries. I wasn’t able to just “Connect new Account” for the new Twitter account. I had to use either incognito mode or open in a new browser. In my case, I was in Chrome, but had to use Edge.
Please add an option where I can first choose to either go to my ‘default’ Twitter Account or add on an entirely new account. The same for all of the other social platforms.
I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops like that, just straightforward additions.
