# Adding Merge functionality to the record index page

Is there any possibility of adding the ticket merge functionality to the ticket list page?  
Currently, the merge feature is accessible within individual ticket pages, requiring users to open each ticket intended for merging. We believe that incorporating this functionality at the listing level would significantly enhance workflow efficiency.
